Operating from a 50,000 m² manufacturing facility, with over 500 electrical assembly lines delivered across China, we are recognized as a China National High-Tech Enterprise and hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. We have established ourselves as a professional manufacturer specializing in customized assembly lines for the global power and new energy equipment manufacturing industry. Our team brings extensive experience in non-standard automation design, serving both domestic and international customers with reliable, field-proven solutions.

We serve manufacturers across low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage power distribution, as well as new energy charging and solar applications. Our assembly line products cover the full range of electrical equipment production:

SG (Switchgear) assembly lines — for high and low voltage switchgear cabinet production, covering busbar processing, mechanism assembly, and testing stations

RMU (Ring Main Unit) assembly lines — for ring main unit manufacturing, including SF6 switch assembly and sealing inspection

Circuit breaker (CB) assembly lines — for vacuum, air, and molded case circuit breaker assembly and contact adjustment

Power transformer assembly lines — for distribution and power transformer winding, core stacking, and oil filling processes

EV charger assembly lines — for AC and DC charging pile assembly, including PCBA mounting, enclosure fitting, and functional testing

inverter assembly lines — for string and central inverter production, covering IGBT module mounting, potting, and burn-in testing

We provide comprehensive services covering three areas our customers care about most: customized design, manufacturing, and global on-site installation & after-sales service.

Customized Design: Every assembly line is tailored to the customer’s specific product models, production capacity targets, and factory floor layout. We work closely with customers from initial requirement analysis through 3D design review and final approval before production begins.

Manufacturing: All assembly lines are built in our Zhejiang facility under strict quality control. Key components are machined in-house and inspected before assembly to ensure dimensional accuracy and long-term durability.

Global On-site Installation & After-sales: Our engineering team travels to the customer’s facility worldwide for line installation, commissioning, and operator training. We also provide remote technical support, spare parts supply, and ongoing maintenance guidance to ensure reliable production after handover.
