A transformer is an electrical device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to change the magnitude of AC voltage and current. In power systems, the main role of transformers is to increase or decrease voltage to meet the transmission and use needs of different voltage levels. Transformer transmission lines are equipment used to transport raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products during the transformer production process, which can improve production efficiency and ensure production continuity.
The core process of transformer assembly line:
1. Body finishing robot, clip welding and positioning equipment, general assembly conveying line;
2. Quick replacement equipment : By replacing molds and adjusting program parameters, transformers of different specifications can be adapted (such as 10kV →35kV distribution transformer, or power transformer → rectifying transformer), and the replacement time is ≤2 hours.
3. Fully automatic winding machine: high-precision winding coils (±0.01mm); multi-axis synchronous control to achieve complex coil structures; tension closed-loop control (±5% accuracy) to avoid wire stretching and deformation; visual positioning system (±0.1mm) automatically corrects the deviation.
4. Automatic iron core stacking system: The stacking accuracy of silicon steel sheets (±0.05mm) determines the no-load loss; laser positioning + robot grasping, the stacking speed reaches 1200 sheets/minute; dynamic pressure control (± 1N) eliminates the air gap between sheets.
