1.SG Cabinet Production Line

Adopts modular design with integrated automatic assembly (AA) and intelligent detection (ID), enabling automated production of cabinet assembly, component installation, and wiring. Equipped with high-precision positioning system (HPS) and PLC control system to ensure assembly accuracy. Supports mixed-line production for multiple switch cabinet models, significantly improving efficiency and product consistency.

2.RNC Assembly Line

Designed based on ring network cabinet structural characteristics, covering full processes: shell processing (SP), component pre-assembly (CPA), final assembly (FA), and power-on testing (PT). Features flexible conveying system (FCS) for adjustable production rhythm and visual inspection equipment (VIE) for real-time quality monitoring. Meets large-scale standardized production needs for RNCs of diverse specifications.

Circuit breaker assembly line

Features functional modules including Automatic Feeding (AF) of breaker components, Precision Assembly (PA), and Performance Testing (PT). Utilizes Servo Drive Technology (SDT) for high-precision motion control, equipped with professional test benches to accurately detect key parameters such as opening/closing time (OCT) and contact resistance (CR), ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
