Circuit breakers are key equipment used to control and protect circuits in the power system. They can automatically cut off current when faults such as overload and short circuit occur in the circuit. They are widely used in power, construction, and industrial control. Through standardized production of circuit breaker assembly lines, the quality stability and production efficiency of circuit breakers have been significantly improved.
I. In the production of circuit breakers, the double-speed chain conveying line and the roller conveying line work together to greatly shorten the production process. After parts are pretreated, the roller conveying line quickly transfers conductive parts, insulating casings, etc. to the temporary storage area. When assembling core components, the double-speed chain conveying line is equipped with tooling plates to accurately position each workstation, making it convenient for workers or robotic arms to complete the assembly of arc extinguishing chambers, trippers, etc.
II. The assembled semi-finished products are sent to the testing area through a double-speed chain to complete performance tests such as pressure resistance and breaking. The unqualified products are removed by the shunting mechanism. After the final assembly of qualified semi-finished products is transported to the packaging station by the roller conveyor line for labeling and packaging.
III. In the end, the roller conveying line is connected to the three-dimensional storage system to achieve efficient entry and exit of finished products.
