Charging piles are divided into floor-mounted charging piles and wall-mounted charging piles. The charging pile assembly line is the core link to achieve standardization and large-scale production of charging piles.
I.The charging pile assembly line adopts different production plans depending on the product type. The wall-mounted charging pile relies on a double-speed chain assembly line. After the tool plate carrying shell is put on line, it flows at a speed of 0.3-1.5m/min. After precise assembly of the electronic control module, touch screen calibration and other processes, the jacking mechanism accurately stops the line to ensure manual or robotic arm completes high-precision operations, such as automatic tightening of bolts. After completing the withstand voltage test and functional debugging, the packaging will be rolled off the line from the end. The circular layout supports the production of multiple models such as 7kW/11kW. The replacement only takes 20 minutes.
II.Floor-mounted charging piles are produced by a roller-type assembly line. The steel rollers run at a constant speed of 0.5- 1.0 m/min and carry 100-300kg of equipment. After the steel plate is laser cut, bent and formed, the robotic arm lifts the charging module and manually connects the high-voltage cable. The product is connected to the lifting platform through a roller and enters the test bench for full-power testing. After passing the test, it is loaded directly by a forklift at the end. The linear layout can produce 100 overfilled piles of 120kW in a single day, taking into account heavy-duty transportation and efficient production.
