Switchgear cabinets are divided into high-voltage cabinets and low-voltage cabinets. The switchgear assembly line improves production efficiency and ensures product quality through standardized and modular production layout.
I.The production part of the switch cabinet assembly line is deeply integrated with roller line transportation to optimize material flow. In the sheet metal processing process, the cut and bent steel plates are quickly transferred to the welding station by the roller line. Its uniform running characteristics ensure smooth transportation of the plates and avoid collision and deformation; the cabinet frame with surface treatment is also efficiently transferred to the component installation area through the roller line.
II.During automated assembly, the roller line is linked with the intelligent storage system. After the AGV cart sends circuit breakers and other components to the assembly platform, the roller line immediately transfers the semi-finished cabinet to the electrical connection station. After the fully automatic terminal crimping machine and bus processing center complete the installation of lines and copper bars, the roller line will transport the switch cabinet to the inspection and debugging area.
III.During processes such as pressure testing and mechanical property testing, the roller line continues to play a connecting role until the qualified products are transported to the packaging area through it, achieving efficient connection of the entire production process.
