Circuit breaker production line

The circuit breaker production line is an automated production line used for large-scale and standardized production of circuit breakers. By connecting the processing, assembly, testing and other processes of circuit breakers in series according to the process, efficient and stable batch production is achieved. It plays an important role in improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality.

I. Core process and process of circuit breaker production line

1. Logistics transportation and control system

Conveying system: Transfer workpieces between processes through belt conveyors, chain conveyors or robots to ensure continuity of the process;

Control system: With PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the core and HMI (Man-Machine Interface), it monitors equipment status, production progress, and quality data in real time to achieve process coordination and abnormal alarms (such as automatic shutdown in case of material shortage and equipment failure)

2. final assembly process

Base fixing: Fix the connection terminals and static contacts on the base through an automatic tightening machine (torque accuracy ±5%);

Core assembly: The robot arm installs the operating mechanism, arc-extinguishing chamber, moving contacts and other components into the base in order, covers the shell, and screws down the set screws;

Handle installation: Manually or robot clamps the operating handle (used for manual opening and closing) into the reserved slot of the housing.

Technical characteristics of our circuit breaker production line

High automation: The automation rate of core processes (such as assembly and testing) is ≥90%, and only manual intervention is required for complex debugging or replacement;

Standardization and consistency: Ensure that the performance deviation of the same batch of products is ≤5% through tooling (positioning error ≤0.05mm) and parameter solidification;

Efficient production capacity: A miniature circuit breaker assembly line (8 hours) can produce 10,000 to 30,000, which is 5 to 10 times that of manual assembly;

Flexible production: Support the production of multiple models in the same assembly line through rapid mold change (change time ≤30 minutes) and modular equipment.
