The ring network cabinet is the core distribution equipment in the ring network power supply system. It is a compact switching equipment used in distribution networks of 10kV and below. It is mainly used for line segmentation, liaison, fault isolation and load distribution.
Our ring network cabinet production line is a continuous production process system designed for large-scale and standardized production of ring network cabinets. By dividing the production process into multiple professional processes, it relies on automated equipment, fixtures and information systems work collaboratively to achieve efficient, stable and controllable product manufacturing.
The core technology of the ring network cabinet assembly line
I. Automation and intelligence:
1. Industrial robots are used to complete repetitive tasks such as cabinet welding and busbar crimping. Robot laser welding ensures that cabinet joints are not only strong, but also have smooth surfaces, far exceeding manual welding. The welding accuracy is within ±0.1mm to ensure the structural integrity of the ring main cabinet.
2. The PLC control system coordinates the rhythm of each process to achieve "rhythmic" production (such as 1 unit being rolled off the line every 15 minutes);
3. Visual inspection (AI algorithm) replaces manual visual inspection to identify problems such as cabinet deformation and wiring errors.
4. Equipped with state-of-the-art Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) and Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) systems, these systems ensure seamless transportation of raw materials.
II. Modular design supports flexible production:
The ring network cabinet is designed according to functional modules (such as incoming unit, outgoing unit, and PT unit), and the assembly line can be quickly adapted to different models by switching tooling.
Our ring network cabinet production line combines advanced technology, simplified production processes, customization capabilities and strict quality control to produce high-quality ring network cabinets suitable for widespread use in the global power distribution market.
