Control cabinet assembly line

        Control cabinet assembly line is an automated or semi-automated production system for electrical control cabinets, control boxes and other products. Through standardized processes and division of labor and collaboration, efficient production from component processing to finished product assembly is achieved. 

         I. In the small control cabinet assembly line, the double-speed chain conveying system runs through the entire process. The steel plate cut by the shearing machine is placed on the tooling plate and is quickly and stably transported to the bending machine and punch press with the help of 3 times chain speed and positioning fixture to complete the forming and punching; and then transported to the deburring and welding station through the double speed chain to make the cabinet frame and then transferred to the surface treatment area. The derusting cabinet frame is sent to the primer spraying, drying and curing, topcoat spraying and secondary drying stations in turn by a double-speed chain. 

         II. After the surface treatment is completed, the double-speed chain sends the cabinet body to the electrical assembly area, and the tooling board is accurately positioned by a stopper for workers or robotic arms to install components, wire and wire, and then send it to the panel installation station. The assembled control cabinet reaches the functional test area through the double-speed chain, and the tooling board is lifted by the jacking and loading mechanism to complete the insulation, withstand voltage and functional tests. 

         III. Qualified products are sent to the packaging station by the double-speed chain. After cleaning, labeling, and packaging, they are transported to the finished product temporary storage area to achieve efficient production.
